At age 30, I was in perfect health.  Then I started a business that created a ton of emotional, psychological, and physical stress.
By age 32, my health went downhill quickly.  I struggled with basic movements like getting out of bed, standing up when seated at a restaurant, or even kneeling down and picking up objects from the ground for work.  If I ever got to a point where I was seated on the ground, sometimes I wouldn’t be able to stand up without assistance from a nearby object or a helping hand.
Mornings were the worst, especially when the alarm was ringing and I had to get out of bed and walk to the alarm just to turn it off.  Not only was every part of my body stiff, but the muscles and joints were aching because of the cold.  Imagine the alarm ringing in the morning and not being able to turn it off quickly because you’re moving across the room in slow motion taking baby steps.
Thinking that my pain was purely physical, I tried everything imaginable to fix myself including massage therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, and any other modality you can think of.  Nothing worked.
I felt like I was trapped in the body of a 70 year old.  I was even called “Grandpa” at work.
By the age of 36, I cracked the code.  To my surprise , it was directly related to the emotional and psychological stress that I experienced from my business.  I discovered techniques that released those stressors and my pain began to go away.

Today, I am feeling as good as I did when I was 30.  I can get up from a chair and walk around with ease.    My head is clear, my body feels great, and I am grateful for every second of my life.  Now I’m on a journey to help others experience that joy and become pain free as well.

Your outer world is a reflection of your inner world. Heal your inner world and the outer world will soon follow suit.
